Pam and Ashley Riddle have been married for 21 years and both grew up in Fountain Inn, SC. They have four boys, Chas (21), Cole (20), Caleb (16), and Christopher (usually known as Critter, 14). Folks around Fountain Inn watched Pam Thackston grow up riding her horse BB up and down the roads, mostly bareback and bare footed, Pam that is. When she was little, she could sometimes be found asleep in the pasture cuddled up with her pony Flicka. All of Pam's life, she has been riding, showing, grooming, cleaning, and caring for horses. Ashley Riddle grew up in the dairy business. The land where Solid Rock is located is a portion of the old dairy. Ashley has always had poop of some kind on his boots, it used to be cow poop, but these days its horse poop. The Riddles are life long members of Fountain Inn First Baptist Church where they actively serve and worship the Lord.
